HugABull is a non-profit group of bullie loving owners, rescuers, fans, trainers, fosters, food givers and kiss sponges, who are working hard to give pit bulls the fair chance they deserve. It is based in Vancouver, B.C., Canada.

They specialize in placing American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers, collectively known to most as “pit bulls”.

HugABull is an organization that doesn’t have a physical shelter, but instead is a “virtual rescue”; that specializes in “Bully Breeds”. They work for the dogs already in the system, giving them greater exposure and educating people on which dogs are the most suitable for them. They assist other rescues in their placement of dogs, and help potential adopters find the dog they’re looking for.

The dogs listed on the website primarily come from local shelters and private rescues. Some are in time limited situations, so those are marked urgent. They do have a limited number of dogs in foster care as well.
